the bush administration seems to have the same plan of attack with regards to iraqi sovereignty as i do with test-taking: even if you're still short about a hundred words on an essay question, you accept the fact that you have no more knowledge to put forward and you hand the exam in early. however, i still manage to get A minuses on said exams. i have little hope that scorekeepers will judge bush similarly. if bush were really honest with us, he'd admit that he should have just filled in all Cs in the multiple choice bubbles and would have probably averaged better than he ended up doing.
ah, iraq. you are sovereign now! except for the huge numbers of american troops still nosing into your business with guns and tanks, and the fact that none of you respect those governing you. now, someone just has to come up with a new national anthem for someone to sing before baseball games. what? you say there are no baseball games? oh well. probably better off -- did you ever see when roseanne sang the national anthem, anyway?
