OK, it's good to know that John Roberts is more conservative than Anthony Kennedy. I will keep that in mind for future arguments with people. And, NO, Mark, that doesn't mean I want to argue with you about this particular decision. But if you want to voice your dissent along with the Fab Four (I think that Alito is Ringo...), go ahead.
