For some reason, while I read the climactic scene in Deathly Hallows, I kept thinking of the fight between the Dread Pirate Roberts and Inigo Montoya in Princess Bride. i.e. if William Goldman wrote Harry Potter, it would go something like this:



"So it all comes down to this, doesn't it?" whispered Harry. "Does the wand in your hand know its last master was Disarmed? Because if it does...I AM NOT LEFT HANDED!" *giantflourish*

My mind goes more to Dirty Harry in this scene:

"So it all comes down to this, doesn't it?" whispered Harry. "Does the wand in your hand know its last master was Disarmed? Or not? You've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, Riddle?"
