Guilty Feet Ain't Got No Rhythm

Question of the Day: Why does the iTunes Genius feature insist on putting "Careless Whisper" by Wham on every single 80s-related playlist I ask it to generate? Starting with Whitesnake -- gives me Journey, Foreigner, Genesis, Def Leppard, Van Halen...and WHAM?

Now that song is going to be in my head all day!

It could be worse. I had "Build Me Up Buttercup" stuck in my head for a solid six months a couple of years ago.

I've been pretty happy with the Genius. It always adds "Love is a Battlefield" to all my 80s lists. However, I don't have "Careless Whisper" on my iTunes so my lists can't include that one. I feel left out. :-(

for me, any time I do any kind of vaguely indie-rock related song, it gives me "Sound of Settling" by Death Cab for Cutie, which is fine to hear once in a while, but I really don't want to hear it all the time.

Maybe the Genius will get smarter later...?

Dude, whatever; "Careless Whisper" is one of the quintessential 80's songs. Every 80's playlist should have it. It will be one of the songs they play in Understanding 80's Music 101 in a hundred years.
