re: the playgirl hottest anchorman competition (scroll down to second item) -- i think the many reasons i am so disappointed in america can be summed up by the fact that sean hannity could, even briefly, be leading in this contest. generic-looking lunk with cheesy hair and objectionable politics versus gloria vanderbilt's son? no contest. i know liking anderson cooper is totally cliche, but dude. man's hot. i also think fat, straight, red-state women are flooding these polls. we all know that the actual playgirl readership is horny gay men. and i really don't think most of them are jonesing for hannity. if so, i'm totally not going to the pride parade anymore.
