i've ordered all of the freaks and geeks dvds from netflix. i never watched it, but rich always said it was really good. i just watched the first disc, and i'm hooked. sooo good. i'm actually kinda pissed that there were only 3 episodes on it. bill, the tall geeky geek, cracks me up. and i'm in love with the character of nick, who's so obviously smitten with lindsey. he's played by jason segel, who i think is quite tasty.



his career is going nowhere, but i look forward to watching the rest of the episodes to see if he ever gets any play.

it is important to have an ever-increasing supply of gen-y actors-cum-emo-drummers. hot on the heels of coppola-spawn jason schwartzman, formerly of phantom planet, comes adam brody, the increasingly over exposed star of the o.c., in stevens team. interestingly enough, phantom planet (post-schwartzman) sings the o.c.'s theme song.

i get the seth cohen love. i really do. adam brody is just adorable. but between the emo-obsessiveness and the whole dating-rachel-bilson thing, i grow slowly disenchanted. it's sad, really. loved him in growing up brady.
