(no subject)

ok, i'm pathetic, but can someone who actually reads marvel comics and knows the mythology tell me what 1602 is on about? i vaguely recognized the names dr. strange and nick fury but i don't know from where, i picked up on peter parker and cyclops pretty effortlessly, i know that javier is professor xavier, and poking around the internet has taught me that the blind guy is daredevil. although, i must say, having two blindfolded guys, one who sings and one who sts things on fire with his eyes, is confusing if you're not paying attention. so is the angel guy actually called angel? wasn't one of the original x-men named angel and he just sorta stopped being in the stories for some reason? and the one who made the ice? is he named...ice?

i think i need a marvel encyclopedia of some sort...
