in training again...

it's midnight and 80 degrees outside. god is laughing at us.
i got my first set of simpsons tapes from my mom -- she's been taping the syndicated episodes down in florida for me. they've been showing episodes from the fourth and fifth season, as opposed to the constant repeats from the last three seasons we get up here. she got all but two from the 4th season, and she's on course to get every episode of the 5th season by the end of this week. i am a happy maggie, with a very, very nice mommy. unfortunately, halfway through july they break off right before where they would be showing bart vs. australia and start showing crap from the 11th season. grr. of well, at least it will give my mom a break.
i'm also taping newsradio. a&e is showing them again. they started this morning and seem to be going straight through, so i'm going to tape every day. and noggin is showing daria marathons all the rest of the week, so i'm going to be taping that, too. i am obsessive and crazy.
