Aw, jeez. I'm sorry. Do they have any idea what's causing this? Two deaths from what sounds like the same thing in the span of a few months sounds suspicious.
they're doing an autopsy to check for any sort of contagion that could have caused it. they've already ruled out some stuff -- they're FIV and FLV negative. they'll be sulturing for bacteria and parasites. and we'll have to do some tests on simi and see if she's showing any signs of it. but most likely, at this point, it was some sort of genetic anomaly that whistle and fidget shared, as sister/brother.
